Very great support helped me enable the return portal manually. They also helped me add other css customisations to improve my return portal. They put all this effort in for my company when I was using the free plan. I would recommend this app to every business owner who wants to create a return portal for their customers.

At first the app had some things that did not fit for our shop, but the customer service on the chat has help us in more ways that we expected about the billing, and the functionality of some thing on this app. We can go with your eyes closed, you won't be disappointed at all ! The experience for our clients is way better now.

It was very confusing to onboard compared to my original returns platform, but their CS was super fast, set everything up for me the way I needed and showed me where I could go to edit it myself later. This app has a lot of great features and seemed the best of all the ones I tested. However, the lack of a visual notification email editor is a very big miss. You're forced to write in raw HTML, pay extra for help creating templates, or create them yourself. My team just needed a simple way to make text changes on the fly without having to look at code.
