I wanted to use this help to provide a quick and easier option for my clients and us as a business, when it comes to the return process. I tried to set everything by myself, however, I needed help along the way and their team provided that. They were quick and efficient to solve the problem we encountered. Their team is always available and just a click away. So far, so good! Great experience and I definitely recommend using their app. It makes our lives much easier ;)

We discovered Return Prime a few months ago when we were looking for a system that accommodates both returns and exchanges. It was such a game changer for us when we were able to not only house returns and exchanges in the same system, but also create a unique user experience for the customer depending on what their request was. Our company needed to switch return apps as our current one is being disconinuted soon. I just added this to my store. I wanted to start off with the free plan with 5 requests a month. I was setting up everything and noticed I have to pay $19.99 a month to be able to let my customers exchange for other products. That seems a little pointless to me and does not make any sense. If you are going to allow up to 5 requests (exchanges and returns) for a free plan, shouldn't that include any EXCHANGE? or at least offer a free trial? I will be switching to another app unfortunately.

Wow wow wow! The onboarding experience was super easy. I had a slight hiccup with the installation, but their amazing customer support Wonder was an absolute dream in helping me not only install the code, but customise the graphics to correspond with our website. All the while communicating with some kick arse GIF's that made me smile while I waited. Once I thought our conversation was coming to an end, they said they would quickly check our logistics integration. Like, talk about going above and beyond.

We had been looking for an alternative to our returns app for a while now. But we needed a connection to Shippo, which is now possible since yesterday. So I installed the app and what can I say great. Everything is customizable, all texts can be translated into the required language. A couple of things had to be adapted, so we turned to the support and this was really extremely helpful and has implemented everything within a few minutes perfect. Now everything is fine, and works as desired. We can rate this app and especially the suport with 5 stars.

I just started using it and have done one exchange. The process was very easy. I am mostly writing this review now because onboarding and set-up was very easy between the parts I did on my own and the customization I asked support to help with. The person who helped me was amazing! They were able to answer every question I had. Awesome first impression. Glad I switched from the very expensive app - Aftership which wanted to charge me $119 just to add the ability to do exchanges in addition to returns. Thanks Return Prime for making this switch easy.

I have NEVER, and let me repeat, NEVER dealt with an app that has such amazing customer service. They will guide you through the entire account setup with accuracy and ease to ensure your returns page/process is nothing short of immaculate. This would be the fifth app I have tried using for a seamless return policy or my website and it surely puts the rest to shame. They have only begun on there journey into being the worldwide leader in ecommerce returns and they already are outperforming the biggest of names. Do not look any further Return Prime is the way to go!
