Return Prime has been very helpful and it has simplified the otherwise cumbersome process for both customers and our team. Their customer support is top class as well. Kudos to Saket & his team - highly recommended.

Getting the app set up took some time (an hour or so, as expected), but once ready the app would not automatically enable. I got on with live chat, and they were helping within minutes. Support was friendly and quick.

I amazed on how this app works, i just started to use it, and the main think I love is the Customer Service, I never had such a easy experience like now, these guys are quick and to the point, keep up with your great work.
