I just implemented it. It was very confusing to onboard compared to my original returns platform, but their CS was super fast, set everything up for me the way I needed and showed me where I could go to edit it myself later. I am very impressed with their support and look forward to seeing how the platform works for my customers.

When it comes to finding the best service, there are a few things that can make a big difference. First and foremost, it's important to look for a service provider that is reliable and trustworthy. This means finding a company that has a proven track record of delivering quality results, and one that takes customer satisfaction seriously.

This app has a lot of great features and seemed the best of all the ones I tested. However, the lack of a visual notification email editor is a very big miss. You're forced to write in raw HTML, pay extra for help creating templates, or create them yourself. My team just needed a simple way to make text changes on the fly without having to look at code.

We were puzzled with the entire manual process of returns, exchange and refunds. Returns Prime came as a saviour and helped us in the smooth functioning of the entire process. This app gives return AND EXCHANGE functionality for a great price. Other apps make you pay $$$ for both those features. Also, the app works really well and the onboarding experience was absolutely fantastic. They inject humor into the process to actually make it fun and funny along the way. The customer service is wonderful. I was so happy to find this app!
