Great first impression! Shubham was absolutely amazing. Helped set up our store wicked fast. Super informative about the application, asked all the right questions so the settings were appropriate for our store. We were considering Loop - which also has amazing features and seems to be a great return app. But for about 10 times the cost of Return Prime. Super happy with our decision so far! Have checked and actually tried 5 different apps in this category. Return Prime provides the best features and super quick and clever (+ fun) support. "Wonder" really helped me with solutions I couldn't come up with. Can't wait to publish our new website and see how it really works.

Thank you return prime you sort our life before return prime we faced so many problems to track the returns but now is very easy to look all these things in one platform. This app works so smooth and Hassel free. Return is so easy now and get less customers complaints. I recommend whose starting their own business this is the best app for that.

We've been using this app for quite some time now, and and while some things were a little strange and clunky at first, a LOT of improvements have been made and new features added during that time. The ability to process a single refund for multiple items being returned is huge, and made things a lot easier for us and our customers. Support is always fast to respond (often instant) and very helpful, and they have implemented features that we've been asking for. We also recently updated out site using a new theme, and our developer had no trouble customizing the app's text and buttons to match the style of or new site, so that's another plus. Doing it right, Return Prime!

Return Prime has been a great solution for our returns and exchanges! I love that you can create different rules for exchanges versus returns - a lot of other apps don't have that. The customer service is SO responsive and they will walk you through any questions you have & responds within minutes

From my experience, their support staff is easily available and can help with everything we've ended up needing.

Integrates with Shipstation, too, so managing return shipping is automated and easy.
