This was my third attempt with an Returns App after wasting hours with others that didn't meet my needs.

Great support team and the app offers a lot of features.
I had a custom theme that couldn't be installed by the app automatically and their developers team fixed in 15 minutes.

We have started using this recently and so far it has been good. The support from Return Prime team has been very prompt and we hope their solution keeps improving as time goes by.
