Customers can find their order, select items, choose a return reason, and request a refund, exchange, or store credit. Merchants review each request from one dashboard, approve or reject returns, and keep customers informed with automated email updates. TrackBack also includes return windows, blocked items, approval rules, customizable emails, and analytics for return reasons and refund trends.
