AfterShip Returns & Exchanges

Only at the early stages of using this app, but it seem very powerful and versatile, but with a very friendly user experience. Other apps I had tried were very difficult to manage in comparison.

The app appears to cater to a wide range of needs, from simple exchanges through to more complex returns. If you're exploring an easier returns option for your brand, it's worth giving this a go with the trial to make sure it's right for you.

The customer service has also been great, with a few issues holding up our setup, that were quickly resolved by the team.

Had a question about the returns policy workflows and if it could be arranged. Purima sorted and resolved it within 10 minutes.

The app works perfectly, and I have not had any issues with it in 3 years.

I really like how easy everything feels now that the returns are centralized. It takes the guesswork out of the whole process and saves a lot of time. The app is pretty confusing to use, but is valuable for tracking returns. The functionality of the app is good, but it can be hard to find where to make the update you want or why something isn't working.
