Brilliant app - customers often input the wrong shipping address in haste and we have to go back to liaise with them on which one is correct! The app resolves that pain point and has saved hours of time. But what really stands out about this app is the support team. They are honestly the best I have ever worked with - quick to respond, patient, and genuinely invested in helping. It makes such a difference to feel supported while trying something new. I am really impressed, and very grateful. Highly recommend!
The app is top of the top. Customers have repeatedly thanked me for giving them the option to change their address after making a mistake, and it has saved me a lot of time. Additionally, the app's support team is always active and helpful. I highly recommend it and use it on all my stores.

Nice product. Early days for us, but we are seeing good increase in AOV due to the ability to upsell and cross-sell. Very promising, and can be a home-run in the long run.
