There was initial issues with cancelling on their service but after expressing my concerns they tell me they are fixing the UI to tell more clearly when you're cancelled. The call quality was OK, but I decided to use something else.
Hey Shane, you were right that after cancelling our app didn't show it had gone through, and that one's on us.
We've since shipped a fix so this won't happen to anyone else. Thanks for taking the time to flag it, it really made the app better.
And you're welcome back anytime if you'd like to give Seth another try.
Awesome app. Customers trust your store more, helps with customer service, realistic voice and it even sells your products to customers during the call.
Thank you so much, this helps us a ton!
Trust, support, and selling on the call are the exact 3 things we obsess over with Seth, so it's great to hear all three from you.
We're always around if you need anything.
This apps just what we needed. Ringly has excellent support. All our problems , which have usually been unknown to us, have been solved quickly and accurately. I widely recommend it.
