RNS Replacement Orders

Send a replacement for a broken, missing or wrong item from the order page, linked to the original.

An item arrives damaged, missing or wrong, and you need to send another. RNS Replacement Orders adds Create replacement to the order page: tick the items, pick a reason, and it creates the replacement order, takes the stock, links both orders and emails the customer. Replacements add nothing to your revenue, and Home shows their value by reason and product. Pro emails you a report each month and adds a CSV.
