YOUR INITIAL RESPONSE WAS TECHNICALLY WRONG:
Diana initially claimed "the test results doesn't show any issues and the preview is looking okay" - completely missing the difference between Rich Results Test validation and actual SERP display. This shows a fundamental lack of understanding of how Google processes structured data.
EXPERT TECHNICAL ANALYSIS:
I consulted an SEO technical expert who confirmed that your support responses demonstrate complete ignorance of structured data implementation. The issues are clearly within SchemaPlus code generation, not external factors.
