The SEA Customer Survey App is exactly what we were looking for. After trying many post-purchase survey apps, most of which were overly complex with unnecessary features and recurring fees, this app was a refreshing find. It offers all the essential functions we need in a clear, intuitive, and well-integrated interface — and it's completely free.
Most importantly, the support team is outstanding. Avery went above and beyond to accommodate all of our requests with great care. As a business operating in Asia, having an interface that feels locally natural is critical, and this app (and team) delivered flawlessly.
We have just downloaded the app and it works great, it does everything we needed, its simple and easy to navigate.
I contacted support to see if they could edit some code to make it more personalized for our branding.
