Searchanise Search & Filter

This app improves the native Shopify search capabilities. It gives you more control over what the website visitor sees. You can automatically direct certain searches to certain pages, and you can exclude certain pages from search results. I used Searchanise on another platform, and I looked it up when I moved to Shopify.

Our visitors at beyou-jewelry.com can now find their items faster since its a larger catalog. Without Seachanise we wouldnt have such a great usability. I am using this app for more than 3 years and in my books, it's the most important app for my shop with the best integrations: Langify, Judge.me, Currency converter, Wishlists, Thumbnails etc The team is amazing and goes above and beyond to make you happy. I couldn't be happier!!!

This is the ONLY APP I've found that can handle partial-word searches (you know, that really basic function vital to all websites with more than 3 products that Shopify has mysteriously left out of their functionality.)

This app does a lovely job and allows customers to search partial words, SKU numbers and can even handle synonyms! I highly recommend it, especially since Shopify refuses to do ANYTHING about this giant hole in their service...

This app is fantastic. Much better than the out-of-the-box theme filters, and the search is great too. The configuration is powerful, allowing you to do pretty much anything you would want to, but the defaults are great too. You can also add custom CSS if you need to. The main thing about this app, is that the team behind it is awesome! Their support went completely above and beyond to help me figure out little things I had trouble with and helped me do a customization. All-star...def recommend!

The app itself seems nice and the functionalities are well thought of. Good job on the developers side. However, the customer service is absolutely embarassing. I asked two questions about bugs that were happening after the installations, the next day I received an answer that was just telling me to check again. I have never received an answer from support that showed so much desinterest, especially with a new potential customer. Shame on calling that an actualy support. If this is what you get during trial period, what on earth would it be like when you already are paying?

This app is great! It is very simple to set up in your store. You can easily customize a lot of aspects of the appearance of your search results pages such as colors and the descriptive text for your fields. The search works fast and has a great look that is not too intrusive on your page. I picked this app because it has all of the features I am looking for at a reasonable monthly rate. I have over 4,000 items in my store, some made with gemstones and minerals which are hard to spell. This app provides excellent suggestions when a customer is trying to spell certain words, based on my tags, products and pages.

I didn't even think about upgrading search. Little did I realize it's going to be the most important part of my shop. This app makes my shop professional and most importantly, it is going to help customers find what they need - quickly. I happen to be a picky designer, not wanting my shop to look like a collection of widgets, but rather a seamless design that suites my style. I sent an obnoxious list of design requests for very small changes to their team. Later in the day, it was all done! They've already put enough time into my shop to be worth years of subscriptions. I'm confident that if I ever get traffic, this app will help with sales - a lot. Not to mention, the search is phenomenal. I can type a misspelled part of a word, and it smartly searches descriptions and suggests the ideal results right away. You will no longer have to worry about customers knowing how to spell or even how to navigate your site. Some apps are glitchy, flash elements when loading, etc. Not this one. The app is really cool BUT the support is SLOWEST EVER. I have been waiting more than a 24h for a response to my request about problems with installing the widget and what do you think. I received an email that everything works, although the widget did not work correctly on the site. I wrote a few more letters and still haven't received any more response.

we cannot use any product app on our store because if we do, customers cannot checkout. It has been over 1 month we have been asking for help with searchanise, it takes 2-3 days to get a response, when we reply its then another 2-3 days. We are having a lot of issues. Becareful which filter app you choose because it is a big job to change over. Not happy at all the worst app!!!!!!!!!! there is a new issue every single week. i hate it so much.

Edited to add, I replied to every email. You just kept saying you couldnt help.

I am still having the same issues and still no help.
