Searchanise Search & Filter has to be one of the greatest Apps that we are using. Not only does it help our customers find what they are looking for and help us boost our sales the support team is amazing. Damon & Alex worked non stop on figuring out how we could enhance our customers experience on our online store. consistently checking in and troubleshooting with me. We’re currently preparing our store for launch, and the Searchanise team has been incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the process. They took the time to understand our requirements and assisted with customizations quickly and professionally. The app itself works well, and the support experience has been excellent.

This addon is versatile and easily customizable - our store contains tens of thousands of SKUs and would not be very user friendly without this level of filtering. Customer support is very responsive when and if any issues arise.

A little bit difficult to set up but a good option to use. Did not like that it charges the full year upfront. You should have been able to go monthly to see if it was still for you.

Super responsive! Wanted to customize my products to show "sold" when out of stock and not have inventory quantities on everything else and Alex wrote a code and added it--creating just what I needed. Thank you, Alex!!!

Dias supported us during the implementation of custom badge logic for our Shopify relaunch project. The communication was clear, professional and reliable throughout the process. Our requirements were not standard, as the badge logic had to work across Instant Search, Search Results and Collection pages, while also respecting product metafields, sold-out priority and category-specific conditions.

Dias understood the requirements well, coordinated the implementation and confirmed that the live shop would remain unaffected until our final approval. After testing, everything worked as expected.

Searchanise provides these mostly out of the box. And when we want more specific features, the Searchanise support team is highly responsive and always willing to think along with us. Whenever technically possible, they implement our specific requests.

They’ve for example helped us with speeding up product indexation, add fallback alt texts, set merchandising rules for sponsored products and optimize the order of filter values. An excellent app with an excellent team behind it.
