Merchants describe this as a high‑value, cost‑effective way to improve product discovery and boost conversions, especially for large or complex catalogs. They praise its fast, accurate search, advanced filters, and strong support for tags, SKUs, metafields, and custom merchandising rules. Many use it for both search and collection pages, appreciate detailed search analytics, deep design customization, strong performance, and say support is outstanding and highly technical.
