Product Images are GLUED into the product detail section and you can't move them anywhere along the page.
Why?
Like what is the point of this ??
Why can't it just be a normal section I can move around ??
Product page sections like this one attach to the product info area on purpose, but you can still move them.
The Position setting places it above or below the title, buy buttons or description, and a small Custom Liquid block puts it anywhere else on the page.

the app is amazing, the. customer service is so bad. I'm waiting 6 months for them to adjust something they offered me and nothing.
We refunded your Plus subscription in full on June 22.
And the page work we originally promised, I'll still do it, free.

not worth using no support
Hi, you had Section Store installed for about 1 hour, and we can't find a single message from your store in our inbox,
so we never got the chance to help.
Email us or message us in the app and we'll pick it up, usually within a few hours. Tell us what you were building and we'll sort it.
All key sections are paid. if you use it, it willl be very expensive
Thanks for feedback, though a quick clarification, installing is free and there are free sections included.
The premium ones are $9-19 once, and you keep them forever.
No monthly fee, that's kind of the whole point.
If price was the issue, email daniel@section.store and we'll point you to the free sections that fit what you were building.

Video Slider completely failed to display the play/pause and audio controls, and there was no live support to resolve it. Everything had to be handled through slow email exchanges that went nowhere. In 2026, any tech or AI‑related app with no online support is a red flag. This was a terrible experience and I wouldn’t recommend it.

We refunded your Video Slider on April 11, and I still want to fix it.
The whole thing got stuck on collaborator access: you approved it, the confirmation never reached us, and 12 days went by.
That step is clearly too fragile on our end.
If you still want the slider working, re-approve access and reply to my email, I'll take it from there.

I have been trying to get in touch with support for 5 days now. I bought the video section, it doesn't work on my theme if it's a newer generation theme. It works normally for me in another store. I don't get any response.
Wack sections. The testimonial sections lack options like staying static and the ability of scrolling. They just float around like a headless chicken. I'm not buying sections to dive into liquid after. That being said it forces me to buy another section and that's how money is earned right?
just terrible. I bought 3 sections from them, 2 of which doesn't work! I wasted several hours to make them work but still it bugs every time. I am shocked
Just a complete waste of money. It says it works with your theme but it really does not. There was no way to change the font and my site is very font dependent and it kept literally glitching. Such a great idea but such poor execution. =(
