Pretty straight forward, and easy to use, works seamlessly with admin. Looking forward to more detail reports, like specific customer interaction tracking. *Very pleased with customer support*replies within 24 hours. Updated my review from a 4 to a 5, as they added extra reporting on customer actions.

So far I'm loving it! A little complicated to set up, but way more user friendly than Mailchimp. I love that it is integrated within shopify directly. It is also cheaper, and they don't charge for accounts that unsubscribe. Customer service is great and I love that they offer free webinars and classes.

Switching from Mail Chimp and loving Seguno. So much easier to use. I would like to have more tutorials than what I have been able to find. Example, how do I add a sign up form for my blog. Seguno has great customers service. When I send an email question they do respond quickly. So glad I made this switch.
I needed an app to automatically send customers a thank you email when ever they sign up to my mailing list. I have had no issues with the app and found it pretty easy to use. If someone with my level of web building knowledge can make it work then it must be a good app.
I would recommend this app to anyone.

Very simple and easy to use email marketing platform for Shopify merchants. Limited functionalities and very basic email editing options, but essential parts are there (newsletter & automation). I would recommend for every Small Business running on Shopify. Large & Enterprise level merchants should look elsewhere.

Switched to Seguno after the Shopify/Mailchimp breakup. For a small business with a fairly small list who sends maybe 1 campaign a month (on the free plan) this meets all of our needs. I like the they also offer certain automations including abandoned carts. Excited to see what other features they develop over time.

We recently started using SEGUNO Email Marketing for our online heirloom seed enterprise ujamaaseeds.com. It has been an extremely positive experience for us. We are able to quickly and without a lot of fuss, create simple newsletters for mailing to our customer base. Their training videos are also very informative.

Customer Support for Segundo is fantastic! They answered me right away when I texted them, and I had a great zoom call with them, and they stayed with me until I had a good understanding of how to use Segundo, which was so much fun! I got this app as I needed a new thank you email automation as Kit is stopping. It seems ok so far. I haven't activated the automations yet as at the moment it will only send to subscribers not all customers who place an order as like Kit does. Newsletter section seems ok as well. Will see how I get on with it over time.

I've used this app for a couple of years now and really love it. It's easy to use, and the interface let me create a design that was exactly what I was imagining!
