I was searching for ages to find the right email marketing platform that fit my needs, because all the other were so complicated and expensive! Seguno was very easy to use and connected to my store seamlessly! I enjoyed how you can get their banner app for FREE once you are user of Seguno. They have fantastic live and friendly support too. I just converted from WordPress/Woocommerce to Shopify. With that I converted from Constant Contact to Seguno. I am very, very impressed with Seguno (and with Shopify too!!). Having sent hundreds of Constant Contact newsletters to thousands of addresses I can assure you Seguno is WAY better...it saves you time, is more targeted, has better follow through. And their support staff actually HELPS you. If you are sick of Constant Contact then DUMP THEM and start using Seguno. You will NOT regret it!

Highly recommend! We selected Seguno because it works natively with Shopify. We needed a lot of support because we moved our newsletter functionality from another platform, and we needed to set up an automated series for new customers, but also create a sequence for existing customers. Cameron was excellent to work with. His knowledge of the product and guiding us through how everything works for exactly what we needed was incredibly helpful. Great company. I have been a user of Seguno for about two years now for my luxury nail care brand; Adesse New York and I can absolutely say that it is the best email service provider I have used. I have used others and Seguno has been the easiest, most user friendly and effective to date. I love how it integrates directly with Shopify, I can see real time reports and data analytics right inside my Shopify store back end and use that data to tailor future email campaigns. I also love the pre-designed templates. They are beautiful and professionally done, easy and quick to use and convert well. I highly recommend using Segono for your business email needs.

Returning customer! I paused my website and thought I would try a new email provider with the re-launch. Needless to say after several weeks, I reinstalled Seguno and to my surprise there have been lots of intuitive updates since I paused my site. I have found Seguno extremely user friendly, easy to navigate, which has really saved me so much time. It being designed specifically for the Shopify platform I think is an advantage for users. So far, so good and I have already built numerous emails that are ready to go in the coming weeks. I should have stayed put. Lesson learned!

Love the seguno email marketing. it's nice and easy to work with. if I ever have any problem, I always chat with the advisor. they are always willing to help but wished it was 24hrs support especially when we need it for a quick response when needed, it would be a great addition. The subscription is too high, needs to be even lower especially those that does not have 2,500 subscribers yet and dont have many sales monthly.

Only used the app for a little while, so far so good. I need to learn how to convert the clicks better, so far I'm getting great opens and about 3.2%-5% clickthrough rate. Hope to get that up! Seguno has made things super simple and easy, love how it automates the design of the email. making it to where even if you use a premade template, each email looks unique and different. Thanks!
