Sendcloud ha rivoluzionato il mio e-commerce. L'integrazione con lo store è immediata e la creazione delle etichette richiede un solo clic. Il tracking personalizzato e la gestione semplificata dei resi offrono un’esperienza professionale ai clienti, mentre l'accesso a tariffe agevolate con più corrieri garantisce un risparmio reale. Indispensabile per scalare il business senza stress.

Ottima app per semplificare il lavoro.
Può migliorare parecchio sull'assistenza clienti (non che non risolvano i problemi, ma ogni volta aprire un ticket o contattare l'assistenza ha molte frizioni).
Le numerose funzioni a disposizione potrebbero inoltre essere spiegate meglio (io penso di sfruttarne il 20%).
Infine i contratti con i corrieri meriterebbero una dashboard con più info raggruppate (es. info account con ciascun corriere) e anche le funzioni di prenotazione ritiri.

Tutto sommato però è molto utile

Vanaf het eerste moment gebruik ik Sendcloud en echt zonder problemen. Ik als beginnend webshop ondernemer, ben ik ontzettend blij met Sendcloud waar verzenden heel makkelijk wordt. De Shopify integratie werkt perfect en ik heb er geen omkijken naar. Niet een keer is er wat mis gegaan, de integratie was binnen enkele minuten geinstalleerd en al het werk word je uit handen genomen. Aanrader voor iemand die genoeg op zijn bordje heeft liggen en zonder problemen snel en voor een goede prijs wil verzenden.

Ottima app con un utilizzo intuitivo, sicuramente ci sono sempre cose da migliorare e aggiungere ma al momento siamo soddisfatti.

Servizio clienti via chat generalmente rapido e risolve le richieste in breve tempo.

Sendcloud werkt heel makkelijk samen met onze shopifywebshop, de koppeling werkt goed. Af en toe iets onenigheid tussen onze labelprinter en sendcloud maar overall een fijn programma om mee te werken.

I have to say that i really like working with sendcloud. I think customer service is great, always got quick replies when opening tickets. Had an issue that pick up guy was not willing to get to us and they solved it very quickly. of course rates could be even better especially for foreign countries, but i hope at some point they will, as shipments grow. All in all great experience and i would happily reccommend this platform to anyone. Thank you

Llevo unos meses utilizando Sendcloud para mi tienda online en Shopify y la verdad funciona muy bien. Los envíos son rápidos y económicos gracias a las tarifas que ofrecen.

Además tienen una atención al cliente bastante buena, algo que valoro mucho!
