Primero, el soporte es una autentica maravilla. Responden rapidísimo y dan soluciones. Segundo, la web va rapidísima y es fácil, clara y directa. Tercero, se integra genial a Shopify y ha sido literal mi salvación con el dolor de cabeza de los envíos a la hora de lanzar mi e-commerce. Contentisima.
Not recommended because of weak customer experience. After creating the shipping labels with Hermes Courier UK, packing and dropping to shop, the shipping couldn't be scanned. Contacted customer service, they said they are aware of the situation (Failed Courier Service) and showed me a help page on their support portal for the callout the issue. But unfortunately, customers wouldn't read this page! Instead, they would need to see direct notification within the dashboard panel. For example, you could simple give support notification such as: "Sorry, we are having difficulty on hermes courier, don't use it for now" , or simply disable the service so that customers don't create label and go to parcel shop to drop it. Waste of time, energy and terrible customer service.
J’utilise Sendcloud depuis le lancement de mon e-commerce et, honnêtement, ça m’a énormément simplifié la gestion des expéditions. La plateforme est intuitive, tout est centralisé, et je gagne un temps précieux au quotidien.
L’intégration avec ma boutique s’est faite facilement et le fait de pouvoir comparer les transporteurs et automatiser certaines règles d’envoi est un vrai plus quand on démarre. Le suivi des colis est clair, autant pour moi que pour mes clients, ce qui réduit beaucoup les questions et les soucis après expédition.
Sendcloud m’a clairement aidé à professionnaliser ma logistique dès le début. C’est un outil que je recommande sans hésiter à ceux qui lancent ou développent leur e-commerce.
Application super pratique! Il y’a de nombreux transporteurs selon les pays. L’application est très facile à configurer.
