Customer support has been stellar and so far the app is easy to use and the AI features are a life saver.
I had some critical SEO issues (duplicate H1's, meta titles and fields) and even though I was on the free plan Hannah offered to fix these issues and did so within a couple of minutes. Bravo!
GOOD SERVICE
John has been excellent. This is my first online store and my first experience using Shopify, and he has really helped guide me through the process. He walked me through how to use SearchPie and how to optimise my store’s SEO, explaining everything clearly and helping fix errors quickly to get my store back on track.
What seemed like a daunting task at first became much easier with his help. He showed me some simple changes that can make a big difference to improving my store and its visibility.
I would 100% recommend this app to anyone who is struggling with Google integrations or SEO.

Felicie is always willing to help me. Thank you.
Great support from Hannah at SearchPie. She quickly identified duplicate meta tags and an HTML heading issue in my theme, explained everything clearly, and organised fixes with their dev team straight away. Super responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Really happy with the support so far.
