I was assisted by a very efficient and informative representative (David) that made the whole process very simple and easy to get set up and i am on free plan the support is definitely above and beyond! ...... Update I have now got on the enterprise plan because of how many tools and options are available with it as well as many bonus perks
The support was wonderful in the beginning, however, once you stop using the app all the work you put into the meta titles and descriptions disappear. I signed up to fix my issues only to find out that it's not a temporary fix and I had to to spend two weeks updating all of my info again. I also had duplicate meta descriptions and titles flagged while using this service. I had also turned off some of the features only to find out they were activated again. Totally screwed up my SEO. I asked for a refund and given the same templated info over and over again. Terrible experience. And I never got my $299 back even though I requested multiple times 1 month in. And they did not fulfill their end of the deal, or time commitment.

I’m sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet expectations, and thank you for your feedback.
To clarify, our app works based on Shopify’s App Embed mechanism, so when the app is uninstalled, all related code is automatically removed from your store.
Regarding the meta tags issue, it may happen when both Shopify’s native tags and our app’s tags exist at the same time. Disabling and later re-enabling or exporting tags could have caused the duplication again.
We also followed up multiple times to offer support, including exporting your data and assisting even after uninstall.
We’d really appreciate the chance to discuss this further and help find the best solution for you.

Very extensive tool, had the most helpful assistance by Sam showing me the best options to activate on the free plan including screenshots where to go and explain what to do. SEO reporting and the helful SEO health meter that is updated regularly are really useful. A lot of options on the free plan to help boost the site improve on SEO.
brilliant app - used it now on both my sites. It fixes problems quickly and easily, and the support is fantastic! They literally reach out to you as soon as you download it to tell you what you should do and explain everything. Very good and also seeing results from it unlike other SEO apps on the market. I would highly recommend. Outstanding support
First - the support is pretty quick to respond, and they are knowledgeable about SEO.
As for the SEO - It shows you as what you need to fix, it has option to use their version meta title and description, or build in - you need to be careful as what you enable.
So far it's been easy to use, and seems to point direction as what to fix - obviously it will take time before we see any results.
ROSE and the SEO Booster team have been incredibly helpful. The app makes optimizing my store super easy, from fixing SEO issues to improving site visibility. Support was fast, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me succeed. Highly recommend if you're serious about growing your store traffic!
I uninstalled and all of the updates I made over months were undone! Title tags, Meta descriptions gone!!
Not a proactive tool, you have to check-in regularly to "fix". Geared toward a paid plan, so when you down-grade, fixes that have been implemented by the technicians/ coders seem to be reversed!
Good tools and capability as far as I can tell. Customer support is fantastic and provides a great level of comfort for SEO / technical novices.
Only one day in, but as a small business without SEO capability in-house, this service is really good. I've done more in one day than the SEO Agency I paid have done in a month! (And for a fraction of a fraction of the price)
Pretty good app. Customer support is really good. I needed help with an issue with meta tag descriptions and the Pielab support person whose name is Rose, helped me out to fix this problem in less than 6 minutes. The customer support is also not AI generated it appears. Really good customer service. Also, the app kinda scans you're website to see if there are any problems to be fixed that my be interfering with you're SEO and gives a way to fix it. Do recommend!

I’ve been using the SearchPie SEO app for my Shopify store and I have to say, their support is top-notch! Every time I had a question or needed help, the team responded quickly and professionally.
