It was a great experience with the on boarding process, lets see how it goes in few months. Linda was really impressive, and she explained everything in details
I chatted today with Timber and Ainsley and both of them were very nice, helpful and new their stuff. They helped me through all my issues step by step with patience and friendliness. Great experience getting all set up and started with the help of Flora!! Thanks a bunch!! Now for my homework!!
Linda was so helpful and i feel more comfortable using the app. That one on one solution was very relaxing and guess what? This app works wonders, download and give it a trial. Although the Enterprise version has more functionality.
Very helpful, communication is great when help is needed, highly recommend with shopify shop, Wendy is the best !!
Have installed the app to get started with SEO on my new site. After having read good reviews on the app and the excellent level of support given to get started. Spent a good hour on the chat enabling and verifying all the necessary settings with Wendy and Flora . They were fantastic, taking the time to go step by step and making sure that I had completed each setting before moving on to the next step. Then verifying all were completed before finishing. Super happy with the app and service, can very much recommend, diffidently a 5 star!
I had a wonderful experience with Flora. Her attentive and warm approach truly stood out. She addressed all my concerns with genuine care, making me feel truly valued. Flora's service is a testament to dedication and passion. Highly recommended!
Wendy is AWESOME!!! Very helpful and very professional. Highly recommend this app especially for those who are SEO ignorant like me. It makes it easy.
The support is second to none! SEO can be such a pain, and many people do not have your best interests in mind. Here, people are always willing to help in the chat-box, and they actually walk you through it, or fix it on their end. Thank you, Wendy, Sophie, Anne, and the developers working behind the scenes to fix some more technical errors! Can't go wrong here.
