I've been using it for about 1 year already and i have not see nay improvements. I've set up all of my market places to my shopify account and ive been getting more traffic from market places then this app. the videos are very helpful
for $20 i think i can find an account manager to help me get more traffic
This SEO Manager does not work with Google Shopping. SEO Manager support is very poor. They keep blaming everyone else for the poor performance of this app. This App RUINED my Google Shopping set ups. All submissions where rejected. Stay Away from this app.
The app will insert invalid JSON microdata that can't be parsed by services because it's totally invalid. Save button sometimes missing so can't change settings. Does not insert proper aggregateRating or reviews count for Yotpo despite having the option. Does not support some properties like google_product_category. Google also complains of missing SKU. Support does not response to emails for help!
One week ago I added this app to our store. I spent hours and hours and hours adding in meta descriptions and target keywords. I saved my work and got the confirmation notice of the saved changes. Today I am doing an audit and 90% of my work is gone. LOST. I am absolutely miffed and upset and the worst part is just try getting a hold of someone for support. They have no real livechat so you wait hours or days for a reply. I do not recommend investing your time and hard earned money.
Be very careful setting this App up. If you do go and uninstall it, the app will remove all seo meta data from your website. You will need to contact support to fix it, it's almost like it deliberately compromises the SEO on the website once removed. This is pretty serious and not good for your store at all. Instead of seeing the title/description for example you will get this "snippets/SEOManager.liquid" was not rendered, the associated app was uninstalled" So even after uninstalling it all, this breaks the site. You have been warned, I would not recommend this app in regards to anything SEO related. Here is how I fixed it in case anyone wants the help without dealing with support. Find the line of code in your theme.liquid file that says - {% include 'SEOManager' %} Replace that with this code to get the default ones back. {% capture seo_title %} {{ page_title }} {% if current_tags %} {%- assign meta_tags = current_tags | join: ', ' %} – {{ 'general.meta.tags' | t: tags: meta_tags -}} {% endif %} {% if current_page != 1 %} – {{ 'general.meta.page' | t: page: current_page }} {% endif %} {% endcapture %} {{ seo_title }} {% if page_description %} {% endif %}
It is not working. I paid for months. I spend hour days for setup. Nothing changed. I hope I can find something easy to manage and works better than this. Also it's not user-friendly and has lots of bugs.

Used for over a year - it does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, it's just a glossy set of tools that are available elsewhere for free.
There is also a code error - this app marked all our products rich data as 'pre-order' & drastically reduced traffic - I contacted support twice & they didn't even respond.
Crafty app developer asks for reviews before you can fully analyse the results hence all the 5 star reviews - it's totally bogus, dont be fooled, there is no miracle app for SEO.
Final point on removing the app: using the standard delete app method within Shopify does not get rid of this app, it's still running ( for free!!!, though you can't access the app dashboard) - complete removal involves a fresh install of your raw theme files.
UPDATE 2/10/18:
After reading this review the developer offered us the app on a free basis & refunded 2 months of fees - we declined his offer.
We've been monitoring our site & since removing this app our site traffic has increased by over 80 % !!!
I’ve been reading these great reviews and hoped to have an improvement. Unfortunately not all features are working and the set up seems not complete.
I have been trying to contact multiple times but since weeks I haven’t heard anything. It’s upsetting because the app was so promising.

It's very disappointing. Even though I selected the $59 plan during the trial period, not all features are unlocked, and I can't use these paid features. How am I supposed to know whether these features work or are suitable for me? In that case, I definitely won't make the payment after the trial ends, nor will I choose this app, and I certainly won't recommend it to others.
