The representative was exceptional. What I liked was the instant support. I was under the impression that I should wait a long time someone to get back. Moreover, the app had almost all features I was looking for although everything is not perfect (neither do I expect), the app makes will make my work easier. Thank you guys. I look forward many more solid features added and current features optimized for best performance.
We found out they had stopped all features on our site, no notification, no warning just left us in the dark without telling us which could have impacted out business very negatively and they have so many issues with this app that never get fixed and they still did this, not happy beware
We attempted to reach the merchant but were unable to get in touch with them. We hope everything is well on their end.
This review and the one star review from Rebooters were posted from two different stores registered to the same owner and the same phone number, and we have already reported this to Shopify. I hope we will be able to connect with the merchant and sort this out!
