I enjoy the designing process and working with ShineOn and the staff that I have interacted with so far. Be sure to watch the videos on YouTube. I recommend the more current ones. There is additional support when you join the Facebook group and the products seem to be of good quality. Hope to add another star once I start selling and see a product first hand.

I love ShineOn. Their training is like no other. I'm new to this game but I have learned a ton from ShineOn. The customer service occasionally replies like they aren't very familiar with all things, but overall the app itself is dynamite. The "Get in Touch" option on the Support Chat Bot is broken and emails to support seem to take forever to get answered.

Shineon has totally exceeded any expectation I may have had. They are so committed to the success of their sellers. Week after week they provide invaluable information and platforms to help you reach your sales. Not only are they a source of great advice and info... they motivate. I’ve been a customer of a few different POD websites and shineon takes the prize in customer support! I had a very big Q4 and several engraved items got stuck in processing but they took care of both me and my customers and got everyone their gifts in time for Christmas. The support, and the knowledge they provide us is beyond incredible! They are the ones you want behind your product!

I love their products, but the focus has changed from the products to more sales-based knowledge to help sellers sell the products, which is fine, but they seem to be nickel-and-diming sellers for everything. They do have a great staff and support system. I like that they have an Etsy integration now; an Amazon integration would be excellent. I also wish they would offer more items for men, such as money clips.

We're not even a Jewelry specific store, but using ShineOn has given our usual Male target a nice option to get something for the women in their lives! ShineOn integrates instantly and walks you through the steps. Easy set up, great margins, amazing team. If you're looking for a Print on Demand store, The ShineOn app is a no-brainer.
