Et super produkt og super kundeservice!

I looked at various apps roughly doing the same. Probably I will update this review once I have used it for a while. So far I can say that this is a serious app considering, even though I am not using this app to it's full potential (yet). For small companies this is the cheapest shipping solution. Using the platform is costing close the 0. When using their shipping agreements with UPS and DHL, no other broker can match the prices I get though their platform and NO subscription fees!! 0!! Besides using their agreements with UPS and DHL I am also using my own agreement with DBSchenker.

update: after a year of using it I only get more positive: Shipmondo sends automated personiised sms and email messages when we start processing the order, when it is packed, when it is send with tracking, sends the tracking to shopify, is able to split up orders in multiple fulfiments, sends this data also to shopify, etc Created a monthly Invoice, shipments are paid from the account we have with them, so everything is paid when label is created, so we never get reminders. This simplifies our bookkeeping tremendously.
