Your courier collects cash on delivery and pays it out later, minus deductions. ShipOps matches each payout receipt against your orders: what reached your bank, what is still owed, which parcels were short-paid. See stalled parcels, failed deliveries and returns, then reach the customer on WhatsApp in time.
