Incredible app! Due to the wide range of products we offer, we needed specific shipping rates set up and ShipMagic was the app to do it. On top of a very easy and comprehensive interface, the team and in particular Aditya have been an immense support. They're responsive, quick and efficient at resolving any queries and requirements we have. Highly recommend this app if you require customizable shipping rates.
Very versatile app and covers all the basis for our complicated setup, support is always stellar and on the ball when any issues are found even it's user error.
With Shopify's recent transition from Scripts to Functions, the ShipMagic team was incredibly helpful in migrating our shipping scripts to accommodate all of our original logic across 6 of our Shopify sites.
