Great support from Jenifer. We sell several product sizes from one location to 25 countries and had issues with duplicate zones across our shipping profiles. This has been a great app for our store that allows us to use product based rates with complex setups and flat rate shipping, 2+ free shipping by vendor/sku, etc. Support is the best of any app we've used. They'll hop on a zoom call and setup for you while teaching you how to do it.
