ShipX ‑ Shipping Rates & Rules

We have been using ShipX on multiple sites for while and have nothing but good things to say. It's customizable for all the shipping conditions we needed and the support has been very reliable. I was expecting an AI chat bot when I asked a question today and was quickly greeted by Raj who patiently worked with me to troubleshoot and figure out the source of my problem - which ended up not even being an app issue. I highly recommend this app and would gladly try other apps by this developer.

Great support from Jenifer. We sell several product sizes from one location to 25 countries and had issues with duplicate zones across our shipping profiles. Jenifer reviewed our setup with read-only access, answered every question in detail, explained how zone sync works, and enabled a backend option that lets us keep one rate per zone. Clear answers, quick replies, and no changes made without our approval. Thank you!

This has been a great app for our store that allows us to use product based rates with complex setups and flat rate shipping, 2+ free shipping by vendor/sku, etc. Support is the best of any app we've used. They'll hop on a zoom call and setup for you while teaching you how to do it.

Overall ShipX has been a much needed resource for our business as we have irregular package sizes. Being able to specify certain products, combined rates, and use the AI feature to calculate the right rates has been a game changer.

The only wall we have run into is the inability to distinguish between commercial and residential address to get accurate rates for our customers. Hopefully, that ability will come soon.
