Been over a month, this company is making us go bonkers! Unable to integrate, making us go round and round, breaks our website and line of trail mails. ZERO OWNERSHIP! Its anything but Fast!

Unable to unsubscribe. Getting billed even after uninstalling app.
Can't find option to unsubscribe on the shopify app store

Also when I called customer support they say they can't locate the app and will get back. Have not heard back from them

this app is sketchy,
the shiprockt sales lady installed in my store with 14 day trial and then i forgot about it, in decemeber when i got my first bill there was an additional charge of 400 and something on my shopify bill, then i uninstalled the app, expecting i wouldnt have to pay from next month as i uninstalled the app but here it is again.
Today is 28 jan i uninstalled the app in december and somehow they are still charging me for the app which is not even installed.
tried contacting support but as expected from shiprocket, No help!!
anyone who wants to try this app please remember that this app is not worth 400 rupee a month,

does not work.

Not working properly, no support from shiprocket.

Very bad experience with Shiprocket's sales team. Before payment, the sales person promised that ₹2,999 would give us checkout for 100 orders. I asked him 4–6 times to confirm, and he said yes every time. After I paid, he changed his statement and said the plan is valid for only 1 month. This was never told before payment. This is clear mis-selling. I have requested a full refund. Other merchants, please get everything in writing before you pay.
