Great tool for a company that does not have developers. Especially great support when something goes wrong. Their rep Alex Harper saved a couple projects that were coming down to the wire and helped me make a deadline.

Andre is the man!! He was patient and he tested the page on the mobile browser where I was having the issue. He then figured out the issue which was caused by a mistake from one of our team member and sent me a loom on what is happening and how to fix it.

expensive and i thought templates would be better. theyre outdated and crappy

We completely understand if the templates you looked at didn't meet your expectations; the template library is something that we may revisit at a future date.
However, as you may have noticed, we have been focusing on expanding our offering to include core optimization features, including AB Testing, Targeted Experiences (personalize content to audience), SEO tools for keyword discovery, AI-assisted blog generation, and page performance monitoring.
Candidly, if you’re looking solely for a “page build” function, we may not be the best-fit solution. However, if you're looking to optimize your storefront and set yourself up for success, Shogun is the answer.
