Thanks for leaving your feedback with us. We understand Shopify support has given the impression that the issue you were experiencing with your checkout is related to our app, and the code that we have in your theme.
That same code has been in your theme unchanged since December 2022, and the nature of the issue you are experiencing does not relate to any function Shogun touches on. We've offered to help perform some real troubleshooting and requested collaborator access to have a look and await your reply.

Works pretty good compared to other page builder, intuitive, not much bugs or trouble. Stable and enough options to do a lot.
Will need some adjustments to add a few interesting features..
