I want to add our blogs to different pages. Why is that so difficult? This allows you to arrange different page elements but not truly build a page "without limits" as advertised. They have reached out to me about a possible work around so I have updated my review. Not sure if it will work for us but I really appreciate them contacting us.
Hi John,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your honest feedback for Shogun and for your time with troubleshooting and listening to our response - we really appreciate the feedback that you have regarding the product - we put all this to good use when deciding on new features/improvements.
I'm really sorry to hear that you had a negative experience with editing blog articles, and am glad to hear that Charles could help you turn it into a slightly better experience.
Please do let us know if there is anything else that we can do to help, we strive to make sure every customer experience is the best possible.

L'app funziona molto bene, si riesce a personalizzare tutto al meglio. La funzione di test A/b è molto utile, la consiglio. L'assistenza è perfetta se ne dovreste aver bisogno! Consigliata.
Thanks for the review, Antonio!

I've been using the Shogun app for a while now, and I couldn't be more impressed with their customer support and response time. It's not every day that you come across an app that excels in both functionality and customer service.
Whenever I've encountered any issues or had questions about the app's features, their support team has been nothing short of amazing. They are not only incredibly knowledgeable but also incredibly responsive. I've never had to wait for more than a few hours to receive a helpful and thorough response.

We have had an excellent experience using Shogun. The landing page builder is easy to use and allows for way more customizations. But, the best part of Shogun is the support. They are always super helpful and go out of their way to give resources and support. We have worked with Sweetan on their team and he has been amazing to work with. He clearly knows the product well and has offered us a variety of helpful solutions.

Shogun
Shogun has been the best solution I've found to adding new pages to my site without having to find a developer every time (my original Shopify dev ghosted me after 5 years). Whenever I've run into issues (mainly where I couldn't figure out how to do something), their customer service team is very helpful and quick to respond.
Thank you so much for leaving us a review, Danae.
I am super glad to hear that Shogun has been the best solution for your requirements without having to work with a developer. Our team is always happy and available to assist should you bump into any issues or have any questions and I'll be sure to share the feedback with the entire team. 😊
Please let us know if there is anything else we can assist you with. Thanks for your continued support. 🌟

Shogun - Page Builder + SEO
Shogun has totally lifted my website (I was previously using a free Shopify template)! I'm not an IT guru, but find the page creator easy to navigate using the Shogun guides. The customer service has been outstanding! Easy to book using Calendly, and Sweetan on the Support team is so very helpful. He has been very patient and taught me how to use and get the most of Shogun, including how to use and get the benefits from Sections.
I would highly recommend.
Thank you so much for taking the time and sharing your experience, Charlene.
We are super glad to hear that Shogun has lifted your website and that our app has been easy to navigate with the guides and the help center documents.
I am very happy to hear that I could help. It has always been a pleasure to communicate with you and we'll look forward to assisting you again in the future. 😊
Sections are indeed very powerful and I am glad you are utilizing the feature. Thanks for the honest recommendation. 🫶

Shogun Page Builder
Compared to other page builders that I have tried this one is complete trash! You can't even use all the features unless you pay for it. Not even if you want to create only one page. Seems like a complete money grab.
Update: Because of the limited features in the free plan you are not able to fully test the app. The app did not have the features that i needed.
-----UPDATE-----
Aug 17, 2023.
Hi again, Kyree. I see you updated the feedback and the review and I wanted to write back here as I haven't heard back from you on the email I sent.
The Free plan is limited and we highlight the same on our pricing and app listing so that our users are aware of the features the plan offers. I am looking forward to learning more about what feature were you looking to use and were not able to.
We also offer 10-day of free trial on all our paid plans if you wish to test more features or fully test the app. I wasn't able to locate any support conversation about the missing features as that would have allowed our team to help you understand the plan or the features better and I also noticed that our app was only installed for less than 5 minutes.
We appreciate the feedback from our users as that helps to improve the app and I would appreciate it if you could reply back to my email and share more information about what was missing from the Free plan that you were looking to use
Thanks!

Hey there, Kyree! Thanks for taking the time and sharing your feedback here.
I was taking a look at your account and noticed that our app was uninstalled within 5 minutes of it being installed and I was a bit curious to learn more about what feature were you looking to use and were not able to.
Our Free plan is limited and is more of a way to test the app and see how it works for your requirements. Our plans do mention that the Free plan comes with 1 published page with Limited templates, but it does offer the basic page-building elements to get you started.
I am sorry to hear that you felt the Free plan wasn't up to your requirements. However, I did want to understand the use case further on what exactly were you looking to create and wasn't able to as that would allow us to look into this further and assist you better.
I have also reached out to you via email to understand this further and we'd greatly appreciate it if you could reply back to us.
Thanks for your support.
