Incredible team through and through. App is easy to set up (they do most of the heavy lifting!), with great organization, strategies, and implementation goal setting. The push-notification feature in the age of saturated email and SMS marketing is key! Beautiful layout, easy to use. I'm just pleased with everything.

From personal phone calls to understand what it is your brand does, to making artwork for you and answering back within minutes of your email to them. They do all the heavy lifting and are great. This is the best solution to turn your shopify store into an app by far. We have tried others and Tapcart just has so much more functionality than the competition. Also, the customer success manager Kenia was super helpful in getting us optimized. Cannot express how great this app is. BTW, it now accounts for 10% of our revenue.

Set the app, it was easy even for me. Customer support just fantastic, may be I am lucky, anyway I like them very much. Quick replay, fast action etc.
I love my new app, how it looks, operate and work. I wish it will be less per month (who do not want for free?) and work for Android (they promiss will be dome by 1 January 2018).

Excellent on boarding and set up experience from Val and the team. App was built out very quickly and all suggestions were implemented fast too. Our app runs very smoothly and updates with our Shopify back end without any issues. We're on the enterprise plan and have extensive support and guidance with regular calls. Highly recommend. One of the best implementations I have seen, the TapCart team did all the heavy lifting and powered through the go live in 3 weeks. Very happy with the results, far less complex than building our own mobile applications.
Some limitations in terms of custom functionality (which they are working on), but for an added sales channel highly recommend.
