Quando il negozio presenta clienti duplicati o errori di battitura nelle email, la cronologia ordini si frammenta, le email vengono respinte e il LTV e i segmenti di marketing si compromettono. Singulary verifica l'intero elenco clienti: rileva i profili duplicati per nome, email, indirizzo e numero di telefono, assegna un punteggio di attendibilità a ogni corrispondenza e segnala le email non valide e gli indirizzi incompleti. Uniscili e correggili in blocco o in modalità affiancata. Imposta scansioni programmate e controlli istantanei per le nuove registrazioni. Include le integrazioni con Klaviyo e Shopify Flow per mantenere i dati sincronizzati.

This is an app that is quietly helping us make much better business decisions!
We are hiring someone to do some analytics work for us on measuring new customer acquisition and retention rate. If someone had asked me how many duplicate customers we had on our file i would guessed maybe 500. I was off by a factor of 10! Getting an accurate count of your customers - new and repeat is CRITICAL for understanding the health of your business.
Singulary has been an amazing partner in the few days that we've been using them so far. Guille has answered so many of my questions and helped me through some confusing parts of our customer file. He has been with me during the onboarding process from the start and been extremely helpful.
Bonus: This app not only helps with merges, it also helps you generally clean up your customer file (standardizing address & name capitalization, correcting gmial.com to gmail.com, etc.) all with one click bulk updates. We've also been able to easily spot thousands of bots that use the same name and address and delete them with a few clicks.
Their notification feature is also going to be great - a weekly digest of likely duplicates we can fix and keep on top of.

Thank you — the "off by a factor of 10" part is what almost nobody sees coming, and it's the whole reason we built Singulary: duplicates inflate your new-customer count and deflate your repeat rate, because the same person keeps arriving as a stranger.

If you have a large customer base which over the years has become duplicated with customers changing emails, misspelling emails or capitalizing names Singulary fixes these in the blink of an eye and then continues to monitor your base to see everything remains synced. An excellent app which has saved me massive time and is worth every cent that is worth. Can't recommend highly enough
