Not working , not generating automatic sku or barcode and no option to talk with assistance . will not use

I give it a two-star for the completely chaotic and ADD-structured interface.
Although the app will generate the SKU's and barcodes in bulk, it's all over the place. And the pricing packages are also all over the place and you don't feel clear at what exactly it provides. I paid for the advanced options, but when I tried to generate the SKU's I was still required to pay monthly.
It's also missing other important information. For example, it gives no clarification or examples what the officially accepted and required format is for the different SKU options (Code-128, EAN-13 encoding, Google, Amazon, etc). You need the right structure to not generate a Google ad listing ban. And, like someone else pointed out, it does overwrite your own tailored numbering once it generates SKU's.
Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts. I’m really sorry to hear the app felt overwhelming — it’s built to offer a lot of flexibility, but we know that can sometimes make the interface feel like a lot at first.
The overwrite behavior for existing SKUs is optional and can be turned off in the app settings — the app does warn before changes are made.

Must have app for everyone that does not have SKU's and create their own. This app will write the SKU's for you. The support team is very helpful. Thank you.
the app preforms excellent and does just what it states. The suport is excellent, fast, and willing to go the extra yard.
