Merchants say this free app rivals many paid discount tools, especially for complex promotions. They use it for volume and quantity discounts across variants, bundles and combo offers, Buy X Get Y, tiered pricing, custom codes, and flexible free‑shipping rules. Many highlight blacklist and checkout rules, quick setup, reliable performance, and a clean interface. Support is consistently described as fast, hands-on, and highly responsive.

I installed this expecting a straightforward volume/quantity discount solution. My requirement was extremely basic: Volume Discount

Unfortunately, the app couldn't support our use case, and the bigger issue was the lack of clarity and support during the setup process. There was no clear explanation upfront about what the app could or could not do, and when I reached out for help, I was ultimately just told to find another app and contact Shopify Support.

For an app positioned around discounts, I expected basic quantity/volume discount functionality and much better guidance on what is actually supported.

The experience was frustrating and resulted in wasted time trying to configure something that apparently isn't supported.

If your requirements go beyond very basic discount rules, I would recommend confirming with support first before installing.
