Merchants describe this as an easy-to-use, all-in-one SEO and speed toolkit that simplifies fixing meta data, ALT tags, indexing, broken links, schema conflicts, and theme issues. They report faster load times, better speed scores, and gradual SEO gains, especially for large catalogs. The interface is clean with mostly one-time setup, and support is praised as fast, hands-on, and highly personalized, making it strong value for the price.

Super simple to use, guides you through step by step. Plus, to my surprise, it's so much more than just image optimization. Love it!
awesome service from julia so far! just added today so we will see how it helps.
It has some good features and we will see if improves the site
Fantastic app and so easy to use. It has reduced my images by 194.2mb. Brilliant! Now I have image alt tags for all my images too. What's not to like?
I used this app to speed up my Shopify website, with very little knowledge I downloaded the app & found it easy to use. Still learning but enjoying it.
Thank you for this apps. I'm small business owner who not know much about SEO but with this apps I learned a lot on how to maintain my site with SEO. I’m very happy with the apps. Quick installation, fast support. Good for small business owner
This is the second app that we are using from this company. They are beautiful people who extend themselves way beyond the call of duty to help us make our Shopify store an excellent and exceptional experience and to be able to provide quality products and services to our customers. They will do the same for you and your company.
Terrible experience. It made all the video thumbnails the main photo image. I had to manually go in and rearrange every product image in my store to get the correct main image back. It claims you can restore images but you have to do it one by one and there is no clear place to even do so. Even worse, it reduced the visual quality of all my images. And yes it was noticeable!
To anyone reading this - If you have any kind of issue or need help with your store speed - our customer support is available on our app or through email. We will help you as much as we can!

Old response:
We were able to reach out to the customer and figured out that the quality of the images was not effected and our app optimized 320 MB from 400+ images. We also optimized the image filenames and ALT texts which will increase image search results!
We explained the issue with videos being put to the front of the image gallery after optimization and the merchant gave great advice to add a warning for all merchants that this might happen. It was implemented within a hour.
The merchant told us that they would reconsider the review, but started completely ignoring us after we refunded them all charges and implemented all of their suggestions.
Best support team ever ! and Tte automatic ALT text generation feature saves a tremendous amount of time, especially for larger product catalogs. The ability to edit meta titles and descriptions in bulk is also highly efficient.
TinySEO has an outstanding support team — proactive, fast, and truly professional.
They didn’t just answer questions, they actively helped optimize and fix things before they became problems.
You can really tell they care about their users’ success.
Highly recommended for anyone serious about SEO on Shopify
