Fantastic Service, Uploaded tinySEO and activated the plugins on the theme store, within 1 hour, 3 sales came in. All organic, so this definitely works. Martin from their team even removed our old broken JSON code from our store. Everything seems to be working fine now on Search Console. Good decision to go with this team.

I checked your store and could not find any issues. I checked homepage, product pages, collection pages, custom pages, etc.
I also see you only used our app for image optimisation and with amazing results! Over 500MB reduced from 1500+ images. And you're still using our optimised versions on your store. So I'm really confused what happened..
Also I could not find any conversations with our customer support..
I wrote you an email, could you please get back to me on what happened ? We would love to understand the issue as from our end we could not see anything wrong.
When problems arose, the staff's response was very prompt. Additionally, they also explained to me the reasons for the previous issues.
Their work attitude is highly commendable. I also have another store that has replaced other SEO services with their products. Hope it goes smoothly in future use.
We reached out to the merchant to clarify the issue as we never had any similar reports before. Also checked our internal servers, app and response times - everything is operational and fast.
The merchant mentioned that they are busy and will get back to us on Monday, so at the moment we are not sure what the issue was.
