TinySEO is honestly one of the most helpful SEO tools I’ve used. It helped me cut down over 15GB of unnecessary data just from image optimizations alone — huge win for site speed and performance!
And shoutout to Julia from customer support — she’s the best! She went above and beyond, helped me figure out exactly which plan was right for me (and cheaper!), and saved me from picking the wrong one. Super responsive and genuinely cares.
It takes a little time to see results, but so far, we are very pleased with the app. Easy to install and use, and customer support is Amazing! The more we learn, the more questions we have, resulting in new found ways to utilize the app and increase results. We recommend Tiny SEO Speed Image Optimizer.
We installed this app to improve our website’s speed and performance, and we immediately noticed some improvements. During the setup, we encountered a small technical issue, but what really impressed us was the customer support. Even though it was a Sunday evening, they responded promptly and guided us step by step until the issue was fully resolved. Such fast and competent assistance is truly rare. Great app and excellent support, highly recommended!
I am using it for one day now and already impressed by the fast customer service (Chris) to help me out with some questions. Changing from another SEO app seems to be the right choice so far. Easy to use and cost efficient. I can recommend it if you have not a lot of SEO experience or do not have the time to invest in it. Especially useful if you have a small business with little resources.
Beware if using google shopping! Using this app will change all your image file URL's and reset the learning in all your campaigns causing roas to tank. Not clear enough warnings.
We have included multiple warnings that URLs may change during image optimization if filename optimization is enabled.
The first warning appears in our Setup Wizard, and the second is in our FAQ.
You can completely disable automatic optimization either in the Setup Wizard or later through the app settings, even if you initially chose to optimize the filenames.
If filename optimization is turned off, filenames remain unchanged, and URLs stay exactly the same.
I’ve also sent you an email, would you mind replying there?
Fantastic, reduced my image overheads by over 50%, reduced CSS and script loading times. The SEO insights are amazing.
The only thing better than that is the Customer Service - EXCELLENT!
I've been using the app for a few days now. Site speed is improved, and the customer support has been fantastic. Very quick and comprehensive responses.
This app has been super helpful for our store. It works reliably and handles everything we need – optimizing images, fixing alt tags, and creating SEO descriptions. You can run it automatically or do things manually, which is nice.
Best part is their support team. They're quick to respond and helpful when you have questions.
Definitely recommend it if you're looking to improve your store's images and SEO.
Have just installed this app, have run a few of the optimization tools and it already feels like the page speed has improved significantly, was able to reduce images by 10mb which is huge. Customer support is fantastic, i dealt with Julia and she went above and beyond, ran reports and gave me suggestions as to which apps i should remove and replace with to give the store a much better page load speed.
This app is just absolutely amazing! Chris has been a big help since day one. From my general questions to improving my websites' SEO, he responds instantly with detailed solutions and recommendations. I really appreciate it as if I have an SEO specialist by my side. To note, the app features are very easy to follow as well.
