Chris was incredibly helpful with getting everything set up on the TinySEO app. He provided clear, detailed instructions along with screenshots that were easy to follow and never overwhelming. The whole process felt smooth and stress-free. Thank you, Chris!
Have a couple "newbie" related issues that I misunderstood, and worked with Julia on the Tiny SEO team. Julia was able to help me understand everything better and provided exceptional help by going above and beyond what I was expecting. Julia provided additional reading material for me to help better what I also needed to do with some of my product descriptions. Thanks a million, Julia! You're the best.
Awesome tool and awesome customer support (really reactive on chat)
Great app to help out with speed and insights. Customer service should give an extra star
Julia provided exceptional support for my ship brokerage business on Shopify. She expertly cleaned up my site's structured data, fixed critical noindex code issues, and helped me refine my SEO strategy to focus on my core 700 vessel product pages. Her knowledge of Google indexing and canonical tags was invaluable, and she patiently walked me through every step of the process.

Very friendly support team, earlier team gave me a whooping 50% discount on their annual plan, which helped me a lot. today ,I came across a double schema issue, contacted team support & within few minutes issue was resolved. Such a great & supportive team, thanks to all in Tiny SEO. Must recommended app for all Shopify Store owners.
