Merchants report clear SEO gains, including higher SEO scores, better rankings, faster page speed, and more organic traffic within days. They praise features like meta tags, alt tags, image optimization, JSON‑LD, sitemaps, and broken link monitoring, plus bulk editing and automation for large catalogs. AI tools and multilingual support are valued, the free plan and pricing seen as fair, and support frequently described as fast, expert, and proactive.

Outstanding customer care! Much appreciated, Rado! Highly recommended!
Ivailo from their support team has been nothing short of brilliant and has resolved numerous issues that would have taken hours to resolve. Definitely give this plugin a go
Review for Radoslav – Smart SEO
Support that actually makes your life easier
Radoslav has been outstanding. Smart SEO is already a strong app, but his support takes it to another level. He was clear, fast, and genuinely committed to helping us get things right — no generic replies, no back‑and‑forth delays, just practical guidance that solved the issue properly.
The SmartSEO app is very well done, but it had a few glitches that the app's team fixed very quickly.
Radoslav was helpful and responsive. Quickly identified the source of a script conflict we'd been chasing and pointed us in the right direction. Good support.
Ivailo went above and beyond to solve a complex JSON-LD duplication issue
We had a tricky structured data problem — a duplicate Product JSON-LD block was causing errors across 212 pages in Google Search Console. Ivailo identified the root cause quickly and accurately, confirmed that the issue was coming from custom code we had added to our theme (not from Smart SEO), and guided us through the fix step by step.
The support was fast, technically precise, and genuinely helpful. Smart SEO is already a great app, but having this level of customer support makes it even better.
Highly recommended.
Radoslav was very helpful, kind and polite indeed. He solved my problem super fast. His English is excellent.
Outstanding support! Todor personally helped fix my website's JSON-LD Schema and resolved the billing confusion immediately. The app works perfectly and highly recommended!
Great service. They provide help whenever it is needed.
Been using the app for awhile and very happy with it! The customer support provided by them is also super, very prompt and efficient, Radoslav was extremely helpful in sorting it all out! Would definitely recommend!
