They praise features like meta tags, alt tags, image optimization, JSON‑LD, sitemaps, and broken link monitoring, plus bulk editing and automation for large catalogs. AI tools and multilingual support are valued, the free plan and pricing seen as fair, and support frequently described as fast, expert, and proactive.

The Smart SEO team are incredibly helpful and kind. A great app for doing the foundational/technical SEO yourself! Including optimising images. The customer service is 10/10.
Very easy to use, and the customer service has been wonderful. I never usually leave reviews unless I’m extremely happy, so take from that what you will! Definitely recommend.
We had a few hiccups down the road, but the team was super responsive and pushed an extra mile. Really recommend the app if you want to improve your SEO on your shopify store.
I've added the app yesterday and the support team is very responsive and helpful. Looking forward to see how the ranking will go!
Recommended for those who are not pro in SEO!!!
Such friendly, professional, and helpful customer service. I had a question and Radoslav ended up helping me with more issues he spotted. Delighted to have made this app choice.
My site required some serious SEO changes. Install was super easy & honestly - the program is self explanatory with super user friendly terms and functions! Needed this ages ago!
So easy to use! I am not an SEO expert but with this app I got clear instructions of what to improve and how it should be done.

Awesome customer support and easy to use app. Great if you have a large store and don't want to manually add in every single meta title and description. Rado was 10/10 to deal with
