Smart SEO AI & Image Optimizer

I added this app to my store to support a higher level of SEO automation, it is a must have, I recently reached out to SMART SEO team due to an update of my store template and noticed that all the SEO 100 scores had reverted back to low scores. Received a quick response and direction on how to properly click on integrate to solve the issue. Good experience. Nov 2021 - SMART SEO is not only a great SEO app, easy to use and well trusted, they offer superior support for solutions. The immediate follow-up and suggestions when they see issues that affect product pages is rarely duplicated from a service standpoint. Highly Recommend adding this app to your store.

I've been on Shopify for five years and over that time I have learnt to be wary of apps promising more than they deliver, or even worse, totally messing up my website. Therefore I am ultra-cautious when installing apps and absolutely vigilant in checking their performance. To be honest they don't get much better than Smart SEO, the app itself enabled me to optimise pages that a third party SEO check had found efficient. Then when I ran into other SEO problems specific to my site, support was superb and way beyond what I could expect. Milen went into my site hand coding and removing these errors and there were quite a few of them left behind from the previous app. When I ran a site audit I came out 100%, never seen that before! That's my input, I tested them and they delivered!

Imagine a company that lets you know when there are SEO issues on your site, and offers to fix them within the hour for free. Sherpas Design has been nothing but amazing during our use with Smart SEO. We have updated out Shopify theme a few times, and each time our theme caused SEO issues. Before I had time to reach out, Sherpas Design emailed our company and let us know they could fix the issues. After giving them access, they fixed the issues and even pulled a Google Search report for us to look at, and see the work was completed. They are NOT paid fo this support, this is support worth thousands of dollars that they provide free for using their app. If there were 10 stars they would get it every single time. Thank you Sherpas Design & Team. Our company appreciates the hard work you do!

I highly recommend Smart SEO! If you're like me and are new to and struggling with SEO, then this app is a must! Smart SEO has given me the confidence and know-how to ensure that customers can easily find my products. The customer service provided by the team behind Smart SEO is second-to-none. I've been in contact with them on a number of occasions, and they have gone above and beyond each time to answer my queries. They've helped me install the app, and even taken the time to explain things that I, as an SEO newbie, have had difficulty with. They've also provided me with extra links and tools that I wouldn't have been able to find on my own. Fast, knowledgeable and friendly customer service every single time. Great product and great customer service for less than $5 a month! Absolute bargain.

I installed Smart SEO and forgot to turn off a JSON-LD file from another SEO App. This caused a critical error in Google Search Console where my product no longer showed in the Google Search results. I contacted Smart Seo and within a day (mind the time difference) it was fixed!

But that is not all! Rado from Smart Seo went beyond the call of duty. Just read what else Rado fixed:

Then I used its feature to clean microdata from your theme, and then I commented out (made inactive) a few scripts in your theme which were outputting duplicated JSON-LD structured data.
At the end, I have disabled the JSON-LD feature of your TinyIMG SEO Image Optimizer & Speed app which you have installed.
As you can see there are no longer errors in the structured data.

Now that is customer service! I really recommend this app.

So far so good. I hope it will keep up how google changes it’s language and behaviour. For that, I’ve to see how’s my indexing goes few months down the road. As of now, the Broken Links segment is not so clear to me. Because it’s a whole new world to me. Maybe a clearer instructions with demo on how to use them? And Google Search Console resulted these annoying warnings: missing aggregate ratings, reviews etc. Is that for website or individual products? Because I’m selling unique single products that is hand-created once and sold only once. Therefore I don’t need such ratings and reviews. Or do I? I find such parameters rather redundant to my products. Or maybe not? I’m not sure. I’m looking forward to more educational videos with deeper insights how things work. Maybe on issues and knowledge mentioned above? Thank you for the hard work! I’ll be looking forward.

We recently started using the Smart SEO app and I am blown away by its capabilities! The platform is user-friendly and intuitive, allowing me to easily manage my SEO tasks and track my progress.

But what really sets this app apart is their customer support team. They are truly exceptional - always responsive, helpful and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond to ensure that I am getting the most out of the app and that my SEO efforts are successful.

I have had some complex issues that required personalized attention, and their support team worked tirelessly to help me solve them. Their attention to detail and prompt follow-up is really impressive.

Overall, I highly recommend this app to anyone looking to improve their website's search engine ranking. The app itself is top-notch, and combined with their excellent customer support, it's a winning combination. Five stars all around!

I've been using this app since the first week of my store (on year 2 now.) The low star rating is because I've configured the app more than once now, and after months of thinking it's running in the background, setting up all my SEO -- I opened the app today and it had no configuration whatsoever. It acted like I just installed it. So my store has been running for who knows how long without the SEO benefits from this app. It's just frustrating. I really did like this app, but this has happened twice now and if I was notified of it, I never saw it. Disappointed. Hoping the company will contact me.

---edited to add the company replied very quickly with sincere apologies and no doubt will help me fix this. Thanks!

10/04/18 -updated to 5 stars- I highly recommend this app and this company. Tsvetan and team have been highly responsive and willing to help. They have been patient and explained things well. I'm thankful to have this app, and thankful for the great support I've received. My SEO is looking just how I want it! https://candlemart.com

Simply one of the best apps for Shopify!

Great features for the low price, advanced JSON-LD, Alt tags, Sitemap, Meta Templates.

Structured data is advanced includes business info, social and full product markup that google likes. It's put directly into your theme and doesn't slow your site down, unlike many JSON apps that state they don't touch your coding this is because they use javascript which will slow your website down.

Alt tags is a great feature, create as many templates as you want or apply one to all images this will help get your images indexed to google image search.

Sitemap feature helps you choose what you want bots to crawl and the noindex feature for 'search' and 'tag' pages found in settings is a must it will stop google indexing hundreds of unwanted pages, Shopify creates a page for every product tag and search submitted on your site.

Meta templates was the main reason for me installing the app, not many apps allow you to create product description meta templates. If you have thousands of products like we do it saves hundreds of hours of writing meta titles and descriptions.
Also create meta tags for collections, blogs and articles. App also allows you to add meta keywords some say they are irrelevant now, some don't.

Really the most required tools for shopify are included in this one app. We used to have several apps which covered some of the featues, save money, website speed and time by just having this one!

Customer support? Second to none!
Never received better support for an app than Kabuki Themes. Quick responses and are so helpful and informative, they have even spent time fixing issues on my site that is nothing to do with SmartSeo app. Outstanding Support!

Im shocked this isn't one of the most popular apps on the store, there many seo apps but most are just fancy scans with little features to help seo, if you want to scan search on google plenty of free seo scans, if you want something that helps seo, get this app.

5 Stars well deserved.
