This app helped me perfectly with my problem and thanks also to the support team (in my case Jason who always answered me very quickly) I managed to get the result I expected.

It does exactly what I needed without making it complicated. I simply needed to hide a specific shipping option once a specific product was in the cart, and this was super easy to do!
This app has exactly what I needed - full integration with Shopify's existing system of shipping rates, but with increased customization and capacity for conditional logic. Excellent, speedy support team. Definitely recommend!

After installing and then uninstalling 2 of the free apps of this Developer(s) I have started to recieve all kind of weird emails mostly focused on spam and fraud. I am normally a very careful person due to my background in security/IT. And yes I know there is nothing for free but apparently we all do mistakes. Since I did not share my information anywhere else I am almost certain this is the point of leakage. They do have good apps though. And their privacy declaration is prepared like they are making fun of us. Smart and funny people! :)

I know receiving fraud in your email might not be ideal as I receive a lot of it myself due to my email being public.
However, I can assure you that we have not shared your personal information with anyone. I am a single developer working on multiple apps just trying to get my brand out there by making my apps free of charge.
I’m not sure if I’m reaching out to the email that the fraud is concerning. If it is, fraudulent crawlers often index shopify stores on the internet and spam their email with junk. I’ve experienced this myself as I used to do ecommerce myself before.
The reviews you left are really hurting my business, however I don’t want to ask you to change your opinion right now since if I were in your position, I would likely also have this suspicion. I want you to be fully sure it isn’t me who's responsible for this.
Please send me images of the fraud you’ve been receiving and I’ll try my best to help you with this. I’ve noticed you also have a lot of other apps installed so they could be responsible for this. We can work together to get the bottom of this.
My top priority is merchant satisfaction and you can be sure I won’t leave you hanging on this!

Werkt tot nu toe goed. Het aanmaken van de opties wel wat lastig i.v.m. uitzonderingen e.d. maar ik werd steeds snel geholpen via de mail.
We use this app to hide/enable shipping rates for different customer groups based on tags and it works great. It's comparatively easy to set up (we tried a couple other apps as well) and if an issue arises the customer service responds quickly and works efficently.
