The support is very reactive and adapts to our requests. Although the application doesn't seem very customizable at first, all it takes is an email for the support to model it according to our expectations.

Aside from minor quirks (refreshing needed on both product pages and site page) I really like this app. I would recommend it to anyone who wants tabs on their site. Once you get the hang of it, it's a breeze.

Downloaded and was using the app within mere minutes with no problems. I feared the integration would cause a huge problem on my actual product listings, but I was pleased with how seamless it went. Very easy to use.
We like the app but how can we change the position of these tabs. We want them in the same general area but a bit lower or a bit higher. Is there a line of code that we can add to specify the exact location? Thank you

Thank you for your feedback. We do not install any code into your theme as we load from Shopify API (Javascript). Tabs load on your product description code. In order to change tabs place you will need to move product description code (In most of the themes you can find it in Online stores -> Themes -> Edit code -> product-template.liquid)

The tabs integrate really well into my store. I don't know why Shopify doesn't have native tabs, but since they don't I'm extremely grateful for this plugin! It's easy to use and has enough features to make anyone happy.

Smart Tabs is one of the best apps I've installed to date. The interface is seamless and loaded with integrations which make it easy to manage....A must have if you're serious about customer relations.
