I initially had trouble getting the Smart Size app to work with my theme, but Helen from their team went above and beyond to help. She was incredibly diligent, even scheduling a virtual call late at night her time to troubleshoot the issue. She found a creative workaround and is now coordinating with her team to make sure everything works as expected. Excellent customer support and dedication. I really appreciate her effort!

Because every Shopify theme is built differently, some require a bit of extra, theme-specific setup to ensure SmartSize works perfectly. We’re always happy to step in when that happens, whether that means jumping on a call or coordinating with our dev team, so you can enjoy a seamless experience.
We truly appreciate your patience and your kind words. Don’t hesitate to reach out anytime, we’re always here to help! 💛
